How to Setup Email Account in Microsoft Outlook

1. Launch your Microsoft Outlook.

2. From Top left menu, click on File, and then go to Account Settings.

3. Select your Email Account, double click on it or click on the Change button.

4. And you will see the screenshot below:

5. Change the Incoming Mail Server & Outgoing Mail Server to “mail.yourdomainname.com”.

Example: if your domain name is inspiren.my, then the Incoming Mail Server & Outgoing Mail Server will be:
mail.inspiren.my

6. After that, click on More Settings.

7. Then go to Outgoing server tab to check on My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication as it is our currently mail server policy to allow sending from mail client.

8. Go to Advanced tab and set Incoming Server (POP3) to 110, and Outgoing server (SMTP) port to 587.

9. Click OK.

10. Click Next.

11. Your email account in Microsoft Outlook is ready to use.
